The Perez-Pardo family comes from the Caroif Massif, a mountainous area with deep ravines and a long tradition of wine-making.
This is a relatively new bodega with vineyards in two distinct areas, Casa Coromes and Casa Lluch. Our wines, one made from the rare local white grape Verdil, have their origins close by. The traditional method of fermentation was used so the mousse is ultra fine and it feels delightfully creamy. It’s vibrant on the palate, with bundles of green apples, grapefruit and lemon all bursting with flavour, and some very attractive biscuity notes in there too.
